| In today’s world, if you have it, a truck brought it. To meet the ever increasing consumer demand for goods, the transportation industry looks for well-trained, professional drivers. This need for drivers is projected to grow through the next century, thus creating career opportunities in all sectors of the transportation industry.
The LCCC Professional Truck Driving Refresher Program is dedicated to providing quality training for the student who hasn’t driven in a while. Previous truck driving experience is a requirement for this program. Emphasis is placed on shifting, turning, double clutching, backing and docking a tractor trailer and a review of the current rules and regulations of the trucking industry.
The refresher program consists of 20 hours of one-on-one training, comprised of classroom, range, and road driving. Training is tailored to the individual needs of the student based on instructor assessment.
Program Description
The Truck Driving Refresher Program is offered full time (days) & part time (nights). 20 classroom/range/road hours

Vehicle pre-trip procedure
Driver responsibility when transporting hazardous materials
Graduates of our 20 hour refresher program will be awarded a Certificate of Achievement, plus 2.0 Continuing Education Units (CEUs).
