| Career-oriented occupational training programs at Luzerne County Community
College are offered through Continuing Education. An alternative to
attending a two or four-year degree program, these programs are designed to
allow you to enter the job market with a minimum amount of training time.
In addition to those seeking a career, many individuals attend these programs to
explore a career change, add to their current list of skills, and/or locate a
part-time job.
Not all career choices require 2 or 4 years of full-time college
study. In many cases, you can be fully trained in less than a
full-semester (three months)! Maybe a non-degree certificate of
achievement program is right for you. |
